Whether you’re a doodler, a daydreamer, or someone who loves a splash of color, our Coloring Boards turn any event into an artistic adventure. With dozens of whimsical designs, guests can personalize their boards with a logo or custom text, making each masterpiece uniquely theirs. And the best part? These boards are reusable! Each set includes vibrant dry-erase markers, so the fun never has to end: color, wipe, and start again! So go ahead, color outside the lines; creativity has no limits!

Here’s how we do it: Guests can personalize their items by adding their names to the top. All items are ready before guests leave the event, making them ideal giveaways for any occasion!

COST:

$2400.00 for up to 3 continuous hours of operation, or up to 180 items (whichever comes first)

$800.00 for up to 60 additional items for each extra hour

 

INCLUDES:

• Up to 60 items per hour

• Dry-erase markers

• Guests receive items at the event

• Travel expenses may apply

 

ONSITE REQUIREMENTS:

• Internet: This product requires internet access. Accessing the internet necessitates a username, password, and a stable Wi-Fi connection with a strong signal, which is critical to the event's success. A weak or unreliable signal can jeopardize the operation of our services

• Staging: 10’ x 10’ floor space, three 6’ tables with tablecloths, two chairs, and a wastebasket

• Power: one 20-amp power drop or two dedicated 110 wall outlets (we cannot share power with other vendors)

• Environmental: For a successful event, please make sure that our equipment and personnel are located in an area protected from natural elements like direct sunlight, wind, rain, dirt, dust, insects, and extreme heat or cold. If the conditions are not suitable for outdoor events, it's essential to have a backup venue or a climate-controlled, weather-resistant covered or tented area available
